Lawsuit: Vegan fired from hospital for refusing flu shot

IF she has evidence that she has been vegan for a year or more, she has a case.
Besides, dictating someones medical care/treatment with the laws & rights in this country is nearly ever simple.

That is such BS! I don't remember when the last time I went to the doctor! Does that mean I am breaking the law? Flu shot is a personal choice. All nurses are required to get HipB shot. Never heard anything about the flu shots...

No, Not going to the doctors does not mean that you are breaking the law. It just means that you lack 1 possible chance of having evidence.
Like in other cases of not having an alibi or witnesses etc. It happens all of the time.

Well, unless there were specific terms and she signed something regarding getting a flu shot, she has very little chances. If I was her I would just look for another job. These days you can get fired for no reason any day. So why work for such jerks, right? I would save my time.
