Sorry Lippy, you can't revise human evolution to suit your lunatic, animal rights agenda.

You will get called on it every time.

You aren't calling shit, all you do is insult people with your boring troll rhetoric. You're a nuisance, and it's old already.

Your fairy tale about early man is the stuff of Mother Goose! What it tells us is that you have quite the imagination! Humans have been eating animal flesh for over two million years. The last ice age was only 20,000 years ago and only Neanderthal Man became extinct. It is far more likely that extinction was due to LACK of meat and competition from Homosapiens.
Neanderthals ate nothing but meat, and yes, they are extinct, what does that tell you.

Neanderthals were out-competed. Homosapiens eat mostly meat and we're still doing quite well eating meat. What does that tell you?

Currently, there are two main types of diets—animal based and vegetarian. When we look at the hard numbers of these diets, the consensus is clear as to which one is better for our health. I could go on and on with statistics, but if you are truly interested, I encourage you to search the internet, or talk with a dietitian, they will all confirm that there is a strong link between the consumption of meat and diseases.

There has also been some study of our anatomy by a Stanford University-trained physician specializing in nutrition named Dr. Milton R. Mills. In his paper, The Comparative Anatomy of Eating, Dr. Mills breaks down our body organ by organ and shows why the body of humans is better equipped for a vegetarian diet. He compares our organs to Carnivores, Herbivores, and Omnivores and shows us which we are most like. For those who are scientifically inclined, I encourage you to take a quick:

Science, nutrition, and epidemiology have shown us that we are not meant to eat meat and if anything, to avoid it completely. Society continues to have this crazy misconception that we are somehow meant to eat meat. This cannot be farther from the truth.

My diet is neither animal based nor vegetable based. My diet is based on a balance of the two. It's called an omnivorous diet. Why is everything so "all or nothing" with you people? There are THREE main types of diets, carnivorous, herbivorous, and omnivorous.

Absolute RUBBISH ! Science and human nutrition tell us just the opposite. A balanced diet of meat/dairy, grains, fruits and veggetables is ideal for humans.

Like I said in the another thread:

Eating meat is a CULTURAL evolution, not BIOLOGICAL. Human beings are not meant to eat meat. Understand humans have no carnivorous or omnivorous instincts whatsoever when we're born and growing up. There isn't a speck of carnivorism nor an iota of omnivorism in us. We acquire a taste for animal products after they're forced down our throats during childhood.

That's it Lippy, keep making this shit up as you go along. It's a standard ARA tactic.

BTW, I had broccoli forced on me when I was very young and to this day it makes me gag.

Hardly, considering I am the ideal weight for my height.

You see, it's over-indulgence in sugars and starches stored as fat that makes one obese. Lean meat is as healthy as it gets.
