Who's Turducken have you tried? I am an ex Louisiana native and would love to find a good source in Califonia.
Has anyone tried CajunGrocer.com ?

we ordered our first turducken from cajungrocer.com for last year's thanksgiving and were GREATLY disappointed. it was tasty and all and we went w/ them because they were the cheapest (including shipping), but if you read the fine print on their website their version of turducken is actually more like 'turchickuck'- it's a turkey stuffed w/ a chicken stuffed w/ a DUCK BREAST; so there was hardly any turkey. i was going to complain to them, but then re-read the description on their website and realized there wasn't anything i could do. the food was fine, but i thought that was pretty weak.

I have tried the jalapeno turducken from NolaCajun.com . I thought it was excellent. Plenty of flavorful of stuffing in a nice size bird. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Turducken from Cajun Grocer and was very pleased. Arrived right on time for Christmas Eve and it cooked up great. I made my own a year later and it was ok, but probably cost even more to make it myself.

There probably is a difference between Turducken and Turducken roll, so keep that in mind.

I ordered a Turducken from YoreMeatMarket.com and it was amazing. Apparently their Turducken is world famous. If you're in the NYC area, I would def recommend.

I am adventuresome and love trying new stuff. I also am a big time researcher of everything. This year I decided to research buying and trying Turducken for Christmas. In my efforts, I sadly found out the Yore Meat Market ( YoreMeatMarket.com ) closed aprox July 2012.:(

A little late, but YoreMeatMarket.com is actually not closed. They closed their brick-and-mortar store in Brooklyn, but expanded their online delivery service (similar to Fresh Direct).

I recently ordered a turducken from CAJUNGROCER.COM for thanksgiving. After carving into the first layer of turkey there was soggy stuffing everywhere and i found pieces of dark meat which i'm assuming it's duck mixed in with the soggy stuffing. The whole thing looks disgusting and we still have 3/4 of the 15lbs turkey left. All they could tell me was "sorry we did not make the turducken ourselves we ordered it from a different company and we will let them know about it"? and offered me $20 for future orders. NO THANK YOU!! With that kind of food I would never want to order from the again!

I bought a turducken from CajunCrawfish.com for our New Year's party last year and it was a big hit.Being from Louisiana, we went for the seafood stuffed version, and it was a great mix of the three birds and had a great crawfish stuffing. I had no problem cooking it, but they have instructions right on the website. Definitely recommend for anyone willing to try something a little different.

Ordered a turducken from Hebert Specialty Meats for Thanksgiving and it was outstanding!! The whole family raved at how good it was--came frozen with cooking instructions --stuffing was a little spicy and loved by everyone. Ordered the special which came with 2 lbs of maque choux and sad to say but the entire 2 lbs was gone and folks could have eaten more--will definitely order from Hebert's Specialty Meats again

We recently ordered a Turducken from the Cajun Crawfish Company as a Thanksgiving day addition. I would be remiss in not communicating our extreme disappointment in the quality of the product. We found the actual turducken to be bland and the stuffing terrible as the advertisement of cornbread stuffing with sausage lacked neither the sausage claimed or seasoned stuffing that was promoted in the ads.
The meat itself was one homogeneous bland taste with no true designation between turkey, chicken or duck.
I would highly suggest using another company for this product.
