We have begun carrying Toro Albala Vinegar Reserve 1980, made from dry fino and amontillado wines, in our store The Meadow, just this week. I am a salad freak, and have practically given up the use of olive oil thanks to Toro Albala--just macerate shallots in the vinegar for an hour, pour over salad, and you are set... though just a dash of olive oil won't hurt... Toro Albala has beautiful delicacy and complexity. I hope to have it for sale online in the next day or two at www.atthemeadow.com
