The REAL gazpacho:
Ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded.
Extra virgin olive oil.
White wine vinager.
And maybe some bread.
It is best served ice cold with some diced bread,tomatoes and cucumber on top.
Now this is the real stuff. You could add onion if you like, or other vegetable...
...But its like making sushi with raw CHICKEN, you can call it chicken sushi but...
