Come on Christensen, you should know that curry has nothing to do with Spanish cuisine. Are you tasting the saffron from the broth the rice is cooked in? I don't know, but don't try to sell it as authentic if it tastes like curry. BTW, I agree, the restaurant is--and has been--consistently very good.
