Just like the Margaret Stacy Circle, always trying to make a dollar to spend on themselves. Most of the Circle members have vast resources and deep pockets. If they weren't so GD cheap and tight, they could easily pay for the windows themselves. But, true to the Stacy tradition, why spend your own money when you can get it from someone else?
