I support the concept of buying locally and I am a satisfied customer of Chipotle. But buying locally still does not offer the comfort I need in selecting food. Buying locally says nothing about the amount of used chemical-based pesticides and fertilizers on the crops. Until that happens I will continue to grow my own produce during the season and seek out organic foods for the most "dirty produce". As far as meat and poultry, not an issue for me since I eliminated those foods over 30 years ago.

It's too bad Chipotle doesn't care as much about human beings as they do about animals.
