It would have been a great service to County residents thinking about raising a small backyard flock to have listed each town's regulations about keeping chickens in residential neighborhoods in this article.

It would, but since there are 32 municipalities in the county it would likely have made the article too long. The writer probably figured you could look manage a call to your town on your own.
