Enjoyed this accurate portrayal of Haute Enchilada. Having enjoyed meals there myself, I agree it is unlikely to remain under the culinary radar for long.
Kim Solana's commitment to sustainability is also evident by this: she has made the Haute Enchilada the first Moss Landing participant in the countywide ecology-economy sustainability project, HER Helmet Thursdays.
For tips on bicycling to Haute Enchilada (including the option of taking the MST's bike-and-ride there from the peninsula, then cycling the return trip with the wind at your back), see http://www.bicyclingmonterey.com
