PROJECT LEAN: Start the day with a good breakfast

I follow my simple breakfast rule every morning. I call it the Triple Cup recipe.
1 cup of grains (either cereal, oatmeal, bran, etc)
1 cup of dairy (nonfat yogurt, milk, cottage cheese, etc)
1 cup of fruit (fresh or dried)
There a literally dozens of variations on the Triple Cup Breakfast. I never get bored and can always use up whatever dairy is about to expire by implementing this super simple breakfast rule. It's fast, easy and simple to remember.
