Way to go!! Finally some fresh seafood in the valley. This is a heavens send for us seafood lovers. The seafood available in the markets (even the seafood specialty places)leaves much to be desired. Glad to see that someone had the vision to satisfy the seafood lovers and at the same time give a shot in the arm to a suffering NLV economy. I can't wait until their shrimp hits the markets.

If you enjoy fresh seafood, make sure it's safe for you to eat!
* Much of foreign supplied fish contains illegal and toxic substances.
* Due to overwhelming supplies, less than 1% of foreign supplied fish is able to be inspected by the FDA.
* Only locally raised (in this case, American farmed) fish is guaranteed to be properly regulated and safe for eating.
