Man we need hospitals, schools and orphanages and prisons for the warlords.

Hotels seems rather redundant.

You should see some of the hospitals being built by the Turkish in Mogadishu. They look very promising.

Hopefully soon more hospitals, pharmacies and other basic facilities will be built in other Somali cities.
