I want to eat seafood but before this i want to know about the benefits of seafood and also want to know that is seafood are useful for our health or not.

Sea Food is good for health. Many types of sea food available in sea and various species, but all are different taste or different-different benefits. I like to eat fish ,so i am telling about fish.Fish
provides a good source of high quality protein and contains many vitamins (A,D,E and K ) and minerals. These Vitamins and minerals are very beneficial for our health.

search over the past few decades has shown that the nutrients and minerals in seafood can make improvements in brain development and reproduction and has highlighted the role for seafood in the functions of the human body
