Went there today and their meat looks amazing. They have imported olive oil and balsamic vinager that are WONDERFUL! They were very friendly and helpful! I hope our community supports them!

I also stopped by on Saturday. I believe it will do well. I would much prefer to pay more for quality meat than the prepackaged stuff at Kroger & I am not a Wally fan, so I don't go there.
I saw they also had a small selection of fresh fish & oysters plus local honey from Nesbit.
I am pleased they set up shop on the "poor" side of I-55.

This is exactly the same stuff you get at Walmart and every other grocery store. The meat is feed lot, inhumanely raised. The fish is over fished, unsustainable crap. All the other stuff on the shelves traveled 3000 miles. There are so many local beef, pork, chicken and canned items within 100 miles. This is jus like everywhere else "profit over people".
