This does remind me of a case where the lead singer of a 1950s doowop group who had a hit with the song "Story Untold" either fell or was pushed into a furnace at a factory where he was working in early 1966.

A tuna walks into a bar, "Wow" the bartender says, "we don't get many fish in here!" The tuna, fanny himself replies, "No wonder, I had a whale of a time finding this place."
