do you cook the pudding first or just add two dry packets in with the pumpkin? This sounds good Juanita

is it 3/4 cup of milk for the pudding or is there more milk because the pudding did not seem right?? does this recipe make a lot?? the pumpkin mixture made a lot??

Hey Carol! Yes, the pudding mixture does make a lot. Be sure to use a 13x9 inch dish. Also, the two small boxes of instant vanilla pudding must be mixed together with the 3/4 cup milk and quickly added to the pumpkin. If it is not mixed immediately it will have "gel-like" clumps in it. When I make this I have my pumpkin, 1 cool whip and the cinnamon combined and waiting for the pudding mixture.
