Is organic food lighter

For a week I have been eating organic about half the time. I am vegetarian so I am only writing about vegetables, legumes, rice, etc. I find that organic food is significantly lighter when I eat it. It fulfills my hunger but I don't feel like my stomach is burdened even if I have eaten more than usual. In contrast, now, regular food feels like I have shoved a bulk into my stomach. Intuitively, I feel the lightness of organic food is a good thing.
Has any of you had this experience?
Do you have an explanation for this?
