I get migraines and have found that thiamine mononitrate is a trigger for me. But unfortunately, I have also found that nuts, which contain Tyramine, are also a trigger for me. So be aware that nuts, although they seem to be so wholesome, may trigger migraines.

In the organic community we must share good foods with each other. Just say bye bye to packed and preserved foods and try to overcome vitamin deficiencies using organic Sidr honey. I know it does not work like a magic wand but slowly and gradually builds up vitamin deficiencies in a natural way and the plus point is that it has NO side effects. I think it is a good suggestion for all worried moms.
