I actually have taken these. I have a bottle of them now. I think its crazy that they only look into these kinds of things after the fact. I realize they all say "not been approved by the FDA" on the bottle. With so many causing problems these days, you would think they would make it illegal to sell any kind of medication or supplement without first being evaluated.

THat's a scary fact! I didn't know that. My brother was taking it. It says if you have bottles you can take it back to the stores and get a refund.

I took them about 8 years ago when they were loaded with ephedrine. Felt like it was blowing my heart out, but I did lose weight. Dropped from 195 to 170.

but then they made those illegal due to the ephedrine, and they started making them with some kind of synthetic ephedrine. I never tried those.

I also have some of these pills, can you take them back for a refund? I'm sure I don't have the receipt for them anymore and about half the bottle is gone, should I still try to return them?

Yes you can still take them back without a receipt, anytime theres a recall you can take it back..doesn't matter how much of it is gone..I'd take them back.

Yes anyone can take any of them back, empty or full bottles, receipt or no receipt. Heads up though, I know when WalMart did the Great Value peanut butter recall, they were giving back less then the price of what was actually paid for the jars of PB. So it may wind up being the same thing

I have used Hydroxycut on several occasions, I am wondering, if I need my heart and liver checked out? I am so scared now.

I'm sure it'll come to that. Back when phen phen (sp?) had their big law suit, they were setting people up for heart scans everywhere.
