Your column about milk in today's Reading Eagle is most informative.
I did search my files for a couple of uses for sour milk and made great biscuits. Waste not, want less!
Perhaps you might address uses for the fresh fruits and veggies that are affordable. Today, only carrots, cabbage and apples were priced to fit my budget. Perhaps you can address uses for foods that are good for us and affordable.
