NYC bans big, sugary drinks at eateries, theaters

New York City's Board of Health opened up a new, experimental front in the war on obesity Thursday, passing a rule banning sales of big sodas and other sugary drinks at restaurants, concession stands and other eateries.

He is challenging anyone to take him on about his banning oversized soft drinks, he needs to get hit, and killed by a speeding bicyclist, who is smoking a cigarette, and drinking a 32 ounce coke.
