When are people going to learn that you cannot keep giving away what the taxpayer no longer has? This country and it's working citizens are going broke. This is in part due to the endless social programs and the systematic abuse that is built into the welfare system. Just take one look at California and what the social programs have done there and you can see the future for the rest of the U.S.
If generous social programs are the cure-all then why are all the most liberal states (CA.- N.Y.- N.J.- CT.)almost flat broke? One would think that the freebe utopias would garner a higher level of productivity and in turn more tax revenue from it's happy citizens. After all, happy people don't mind giving up 40% or more of what they earn. Oh wait, wrong people. It's the lazy malingerers who don't mind accepting that 40 or more percent from hard working suckers.

Lastly, no-one spends OUR tax dollars more frivolously than Democrats.(See California) This is not up for debate because it is a well known FACT.
You mentioned that a trillion dollars was spent on the current wars.
That number is a drop in the bucket compared to what has ALREADY been spent or is being proposed to be spent by the current administration.
