I am 300lb..My knowledge about nutrition is it wrong?

I know more about health and nutrition than you average bear but I am over weight and I have made some changes and I just recently just started putting my knowledge in effect. For breakfast I usually have organic oats with just a splash of raw unheated, unpasteurized honey and unsweetened almond milk or I would cook boiled eggs with veggies on the side. For lunch I usually eat 2 sandwiches containing turkey and cheese (using low sodium Ezekiel bread) with spinach on the side..My snacks Include....Hummus with cucumbers or homemade honey roasted almonds or oranges as well as apples. My dinner is usually a salad containing lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, sometimes shrimp, avocado cucumbers cheese and a splash of hummus! Yum! Well I was 301 pounds but I lost 8 pounds in 14 days with no exercise! I completely cut out starchy foods (White foods are evil)Potatoes, white rice, white sugar ect... Also just recently I cooked stuffed peppers using (ground turkey breast) and some veggies as a filler. I DO NOT ADD EXTRA SODIUM IN MY FOOD I USE AN ORGANIC SPICE BLEND. I do not drink any over the counter juices instead I make my own with a juicer or Vitamix. I Drink water most of the day. I do not eat a meal past 8:00pm.. 8:30 at the lastest!

Please feel free to let me know what else I need to eat or do to continue my weight loss and please feel free to give me knowledge that I am missing thanks! P.S I DRINK TEA 2-3 HOURS AFTER MY MEALS SOMETIMES....
