I think the price seems fair, in the US you can get a whole pound for just a dollar, but since it has to be shipped all the way to the U.K , it will no doubt get pricey.
@chalklover, I just sent you an email asking for 2 bags.
I can't wait to finally get some!! I hope I'm not disappointed :-).
Will let you guys know how it goes.

Hi Mary, that's the type I'm always trying to find here. I got excited a few weeks back when I spotted what I hoped would be good, but when I was able to go back I couldn't get access to the construction site.
ALT I know the feeling I just hate it when you scope out a site then go back later in dark and cant get to the clay or either the isn't right. When I do get to the site and it the right clay I try to take as much as I can .LOL cause I dont know when I find another good site. Good Luck on the Clay Hunt.

Mary, it's funny how similar some of us are - you know EXACTLY what it's like....but if we tried to explain to somebody who wasn't like us they would think we were crazy lol!

Came across an interesting old report on eating earth and clay from 1895....I like reading about how widespread this practice is/was.

I started eating dirt when I was anemic. I was afraid of what was in the dirt so I switched to play sand. It looks clean. I don't eat it for the taste but for the texture. I know it is not good for my teeth but it hasn't hurt me.

Hi Ackee , HOw are you? I hope you are well, and Thank you. I will get better i guess.:) and yes, i really believe the only time most people crave clay is when they have some sort of defeciency in their body most likely iron. I only crave it when i am anemic. I am thinking about ordering from wanda on amazon. I will send you some if i do order.
Have anybody order from Wanda on Amazon,If so what did the clay taste like?

Amazon , the clay from Wanda . The clay is really good & worth your money . It's very earthy . It's not process , everything is all natural . I really like it . If I could order some again I would .

I have lost my taste for clay ... Lets se how long this will last.... Somebody brought me odowa from my country but this time it does not taste nice... It tastes sweet instead of earthy ... No cravings either...
Are the surfaces powdery......? If so, its tampered with. If not and its slightly darker in the inside or has a few dark red streaks then I understand why it would be sweet. Its a kind of sweet at the back of your tongue...kinda difficult to explain though.

Daily Horoscope for May 19

Gemini

You long to be surrounded by familiar faces and places today, so you'll really feel out of your depth if you're somewhere strange even if you'd usually revel in such a situation. Your idea of heaven right now is to be with family or dear friends, or with one special person, so you can relax and not have to worry about putting on a good show or being entertaining company.
