FREE FOOD. Now, that's one hell of a SOCIALIST idea!

How about the biblical concept that IF YOU DON'T WORK, THEN YOU DO NOT EAT?

I work my butt off for my pay. Why the hell should one cent of my money go toward feeding a cockroaches and other scum who doesn't know the value of hard work?

You want kids to make their own money until that 14 year old who is hungry and can't get a job starts selling pot to your kids just so he can eat. I have no problem with helping the youth with food. There's a nice place in hell for you

So, why aren't their PARENTS providing food for them???? I would be willing to bet that a majority of the people showing up for these free handouts are overweight to begin with.

The parents are the ones at fault for not providing food. Why should the kids have to starve because their parents are screw ups? They didn't get to pick their parents

If parents cannot even feed their own children, then they don't deserve to be parents. Besides, I'll bet the 95% of these people lining up for free handouts are just lazy. There's a huge difference between these lazy parents and people who actually need food. Any parent who shows up with an I-phone, mani-pedi and a weave should be turned away.

Ok then the meals should be charged to the parents EBT card or the parents food stamps and welfare payments cut off since they are not using the benefits for the intended purpose.

The large percentage of students eligible for these give always shows more that the requirements have been lowered considerably, not that there are that many people who are truly needy. Just as they have significantly dumbed down the overall curriculum to cater to the lowest common demoninator.
