There has been some sort of a debate regarding the use of drugs like Fosamax and regular healthy living. Eating the right food and maintaining a healthy diet with regular exercise is always a good choice. Especially when Fosamax has had a lot of issues about its long-term effects. Every person has his or her unique medical needs. What works for a patient may not predict the same outcome to another. Some exercises may suit others best,while it may cause more pain to others. The same goes for medications.
