There has been some sort of a debate regarding the use of drugs like Fosamax and regular healthy living. Eating the right food and maintaining a healthy diet with regular exercise is always a good choice. Especially when Fosamax has had a lot of issues about its long-term effects. Every person has his or her unique medical needs. What works for a patient may not predict the same outcome to another. Some exercises may suit others best, while it may cause more pain to others. The same goes for medications. While osteoporosis drugs like Fosamax may work wonders in many patients, there are also a number of people who have experienced the opposite and reporteldly acquired health risks like ONJ. http://www.fosamax-lawsuit.net/femur-fracture... may have more relevant information.

It's true that many health experts recommend that you in order to maintain healthy bones you should combine medication with exercise. The results are often better together than if one method was favored over the other. http://www.fosamaxclassaction.us/onj/
