I have invented a new technique to get myself off to sleep when my mind is over active.

Here's how...

Get comfortable, warm enough, posture good?

Settle down, then when thoughts start to emerge just imperceptively flex 2 of your fingers, I use my index fingers, do this twice or three times. Sometimes that's all I need to get off but sometimes the thoughts are more intrusive than others. When the thoughts reappear just do the finger flex again making the movement so small that an onlooker would not be able to see the movement.

Hope it works for you as it does for me at 4am.

Insomnia is basically caused by chemical imbalance in body uses to regulate rest and alertness.here i am sharing some healthier sleep formula :-
-Melatonin, used to soothe anxiety and restlessness
-Valerian, known for centuries for its sedative qualities
-Vitamin B6, that helps your body fight stress
-Magnesium, supports a healthy immune system and nerve function
-Hops flower, popular since ancient times as a remedy for nervous disorders
-Passion flower, well known in herbal medicine as an anti-anxiety treatment
-Chamomile, popular as a soothing nighttime tea and enjoyed for its pleasant aroma

thanks

To get sleep, proper posture and nice environment is required. Insomnia can occur due to poor sleep hygiene, sickness, and chronic pain, side effects from medications, restless legs disorder, or sleep apnea. Exercises too can help you have a good night sleep.
