Wonderful to live in Nanny City. If you'd just provide a place for kids to sleep & clothes, parents wouldn't have any responsibility at all. When do St. Paul property tax payers start getting a tax credit for all our children?

This city will have to die before things will change, those of us with money will just have to leave and let them go broke, then they can start to tax the welfare folks, what a joke, the boy mayor is a joke, with he would go and work at burger king, oh, that's right, he is not smart enough for that, he is a moron.
