I'm planning on making my spaghetti with spaghetti squash! added with hints of spinach/green and red peppers... and lean Ground turkey Breast.. I run into problems with the salt and the sauce.... My family has always put a ton of salt on the spaghetti and made a slightly sweet tomato sauce! Yum! I am planning on adding Worcestershire sauce to my tomato mixture as well as a splash of unfiltered unheated organic honey to give it a slightly sweet flavor would this be too much? How much should I add? I am cooking for 3 people...... As for the salt; I dont want to use to little because it would take away from the flavor Please give me suggestions and tips thanks!!!!
