Absolutely Unbelievable, feeding kids breakfast in their classrooms will also require extra cleaning of each of these classrooms to avoid health hazards. Not to mention spending $16,000 per day of federal tax money. 33% of these kids are over weight or obese already, and now we are going to feed them breakfast at school to make them fatter?

Do not forget that way over 90% of them get free or reduced lunches, their family gets food stamps, their mothers received WIC when they were young.

Having spent nearly three years on that Island, I understand the military significance of hanging on to it, however, at the same time it makes me sick to think of the economic drain it places on our economy. There are five other U.S.A. possessions that more than likely have a similar impact. They all have voting power and when we include them with Washington DC, they make up to the 57 States that Obama referred to in 2008. Obama never did take the time to correct the idiots that criticized him for putting "state" in the proper perspective. What for, it would have not made a difference in the negative environment of US politics and popular "misinformed" opinion.

Yes, and they need a comfortable place to live, so let's pay their rent, and utilities.

They better see a doctor from time to time, so be sure to give them free medical insurance.

Don't forget the toys at Christmas, surely that is not too much to ask.

Did they manage to graduate from high school, or get a GED, let's pay for their college too.

If they happen to have a baby when they get of age, someone has to take care of that child too.
Get out the checkbook.

It just never ends.

I think that nude swimming in school would solve some education woes. The exercise would help the students burn off those extra pounds, money would be saved on having to buy or launder swimsuits, and students would learn to be comfortable with their own, and others', bodies.

"Unfortunately, our intuition can lead us astray when it comes to distinguishing between causality and correlation.

For example, eating breakfast has long been correlated with success in school for elementary school children. It would be easy to conclude that eating breakfast causes students to be better learners.

It turns out, however, that those who donít eat breakfast are also more likely to be absent or tardy ó and it is absenteeism that is playing a significant role in their poor performance. When researchers retested the breakfast theory, they found that, independent of other factors, breakfast only helps undernourished children perform better."

~~~
Those who are undernourshed are probaly receiving food stamps, and their parents may be committing child neglect, and the money spent on breakfast for so many who do not benefit, should be spent on finding and punishing the neglegent parents.
Their parents can not get up that early, they are out partying and need their sleep. They only wake up early on the day their government check comes in the mail, as they are scared that another free loader will steal and cash their check too, if they are not waiting by the mail box for it.
Many schools in and around Manchester have breakfast clubs for the children.I always do my children a breakfast they either have kippers or a small fry up.If a do a fry up they get egg and bacon with sausage,black pudding and mushrooms with spam fritters and mushroom butter sauce.Some times as a treat i will do my children haggis for their breakfast.Breakfast is important to children as it raises their blood sugar levels and keeps them alert.I remember boys and girls fainting in assembly when i was at primary school because they had nothing to eat in the morning.I agree with some of the posters about parents being to lazy to do breakfast for their children i have known some children to attend to themselves in the morning because their parents are still in bed.There is no excuse for lazyness when it comes to the welfare of our children.
Schools should be BANNED from serving breakfast and dinner. If parents can't or 99% case won't feed them breakfast and dinner because they too lazy to then they need to have their kids taken away from them. Again to you LAZY or not fanatical reasonable parents out there cereal is quick cheap and easy to make so enough of the b.s. you don't have time to make them breakfast especial stay at home parents.
Rice is also cheap and depending on the rice cooker can stay warm all day. You can feed them that for breakfast too and there thousand of recipes including cheap and easy ones that uses rice. You can even FREEZE leftovers for another uses, make them into rice balls for their lunch.
Both rice and cereal can be bought at any dollar stores. You can even get couple cans of vegetables and fruits too.
Mandarin pancakes are also easy to make and you can FREEZE leaf overs for another day and use them as food wraps which can also used to feed them for lunch and/or dinner.
Streams buns also can be made, have diffident filling and again you can freeze extras for another day.
So stop using excuse that you NEED schools to provided your kids with breakfast lunch and dinner.
I think that school breakfasts are a wonderful idea, particularly if the boys a nude while eating in the cafeteria, and watched over by a clothed female teacher. Boys who misbehave would receive a bare-bottom spanking in front of the girls.
Ah, there ya go, Bob! I can't believe you'd be so open about your sick obsession with nude young boys. Has anyone here failed to notice or otherwise overlooked Bob's real motivation and provided him with a story about nude twelve year-old boys that he can get off to?
You sick bastard.
I'm sure Bob's obsession and motivation is obvious to most everyone else who posts here.Bob's posts have always been about naked boys.That is his main focal point.And as you can see from Bob's post above,pretending to be tnmtndude, he also likes to pretend to be other people.
Talking about pretending to be other people, tnmtndude pretends to be a male, when we all know he is Peggy, a 50-year old drunk WOMAN who gets herself kicked off airplanes for disorderly and violent conduct.
And that is an adequate response, isn't it, to the manifestly valid charge that you have a sexual obsession with pubescent boys. Just attack, threaten, make s**t up about the accuser. The world is watching, Bob.
Sounds like you're describing your own behavior and that of your girlfriend Peggy, MaltaMoron.
