Yes, of course. Everyone is capable to have osteoporosis. Especially women and oldies. Bones become weaker as we grow old. However, there are medicines like the bisphosphonates could help treat osteoporosis. These drug works well for some patients but others also have side effects. Everyone is at risk of osteoporosis but to what degree can only be determined by how much they prepared for it earlier in life by eating the right foods, exercising, and avoiding toxic substances that increase their risk like smoking and alcoholism. People should have themselves tested for osteoporosis and read more about it so they can avoid it later in life. Osteoporosis and fractures can cause many difficulties for patients including loss of livelihood and disability. http://fosamaxclassactionattorneys.blog.com

Yes. Everyone is at risk of developing osteoporosis, but it is common in older women. Approximately half of women’s population and one in five men, aged over 50. Osteoporosis is characterized by low bone mass density, making the bones brittle and fragile. This medical condition is known as a silent disease. You may not be aware that you are suffering from osteoporosis until you break a bone. Fosamax is widely used as treatment for osteoporosis. However, long-term use of the pharmaceutical drug has been reported to cause unusual incidence of femur fractures.
