Not glad our tax money is being used for this. I would much rather a self serving attorney did this "for free" so s/he could collect a hefty percentage.

They should be glad there was no Hoodia in it. It has been linked to heart and liver problems. And I agree with Ken. Our prosecutor should not be wasting the county's money on this FRIVOLOUS law suit.

um, if the DA wins a suit like this, does not the county get the lawyers portion of the award ?

seems like a pretty cost effective way of boosting the budget.
