Tomatoes are said to be rich in lycopene. Lycopene is said to be very good for the heart. I've heard about how too much dairy products can be bad for teh heart despite it being good for our bones. Maybe, lycopene can also be good when consumed in a moderate manner. Although at the end of the day, we really cannot tell considering what happened to the drug Fosamax http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com/fo... .

This is interesting. Lycopene in tomatoes can cure osteoporosis. Wow, Finally a natural substitute for fosamax, a drug reported to cause fosamax and femur fracture. Tomatoes saved tha manufacturer of fosamax from more fosamax lawsuits.

This is interesting. Lycopene has many properties that make it very beneficial for the body like its cancer and heart disease fighting properties. This is good news to hear and noteworthy to be shared. http://www.fosamaxclassactionlawsuit.com
