If I lived in Taxachussets I'd want them to provide services for anything and everything with some of the highest taxes in the nation. Cultivates socialism though. For a gentrified state the parents don't seem to be doing squat.

Why is that? I mean its a good thing no child should ever go hungry in this country.

And that's exactly why you should target the actual needy and not just play nanny state to all kids. It makes kids think where ever they are going to school even in college food will be provided for them. We should be teaching kids how to fend for themselves including budgeting for meals. Just as important to make sure the parents know they are responsible for feeding their own kids.
