Can't hide from death but you can hide from the embarrassment of living your final days like a drooling, whiny, miserable old buzzard who stopped learning and evolving 50 years ago in high school.

You don't use it you will lose it. I don't give a frack about "oh I'm old this is completely normal". I know bozo seniors who trying to live and die like their parents did 50 years ago. They ASSume they have to and/or can live like previous generations of seniors.

They fail to account for the 50 years in advances in medicine including more and more proof that seniors should have some kind of fitness program and not sit around like a gooey, whiny, miserable mess. Good circulation and muscle tone helps the body stay warm or cool. You need muscle tone of somekind to help move blood among other things. If you are a non disabled senior you have NO business not doing anything. Even lifting 5 pound dumb bells would be better than lifting the tv remote 12 hours a day zombie watching pining for the good ol days.

I'm also tired of FDR fan/era seniors who feel entitled to things like heating sudsidies not to keep warm but to keep their house at a balmy tropical temperature refusing to dress like it's winter or even use an afgan, blanket or comforter when their lazy unmotivated butt is sitting around the has like the blob they are.

You can die with dignity or disgrace. You can actually go down fighting or simply wait for the end because your wimpy butt can't get the motivation for the final exit.

You don't use it you will lose it-at any age.

That's right all you girly man seniors out there. Wait for your exit or go to your exit on your own terms & power. Don't be a wuss and let someone lug your lazy but to the final exit.

What is it with anorexic senior citizen men anyway?

Exercise better than drugs for some diseases.

Even women stand to benefit.

That's right you slobbering blobs get off your butts and do something.
