Welfare drug screening stripped from Ind. bill
IN - - DIANAPOLIS - Indiana lawmakers on Wednesday stripped contentious proposals from a bill originally intended to screen welfare applicants for drug addiction and keep recipients of government food assistance from buying junk food.
