You can achieve several things by romancing yourself...particularly since you are convinced you're the smartest person you've ever met.
I bet you buy a lot of window cleaner so you can keep all those mirrors in every room of your apartment spotless.

I've been to Shiki Tiki, they don't wash hands or there equipment they simply rinse it off!!! Plus I've seen numerous times that they aren't putting all the items required 4 a shake!!! Shops like Shiki Tiki cut obvious corners to make a fast buck while drowning in debt!!! If you want 2 be healthy go to the gym, quit eating out,@ know u can & will do it if you stay focused!!!
I totally agree with you on this! They do not use the protein in their shakes! They rip people off! The are trying to make a quick buck and the funny part is the owners don't even like eachother and talk about eachother to all the customers. Shiki is not the place for health but you want the latest gossip then its the place for you! I am a business owner in the same plaza and man those girl really have a bad rep!

Fun fact: You can get all the vitamins you need from the food you eat.(What? Food is fuel? No WAY!?)
You say Herbalife makes you feel full? There are plenty of foods you can eat that will make you feel full without having to add in questionable amounts of protein and soy in your body.
Another person in the forum suggested that we educate ourselves in Herbalife before we knock it. I've tried it, and I've read the ingredients list. The shakes are tasteless, and the side effects of taking Herbalife outweigh any benefits, which isn't surprising considering the amount of caffeine, protein, soy, and all those fillers and additives.
People are not willing to put in hard work and care for their bodies, and it's sad.
Disagree, FOOD (you know, The thing you EAT!), is too addicting for me because it tastes Sooooooo GOOD! If I have 2 servings of Herbal Life per day, then I feel that I can eat as much as I can at dinner. However when I fall out of my diet (and exercise) I feel confident to just go back on my diet (and exercise). The very next day.

Losing weight shouldn't be a main priority. Eating healthy and being healthy should be though. Starving yourself through the day just so you can binge at night is no way to live. Your body needs good natural stuff in order to function during the day. Herbalife is all fillers and additives. If you're gonna supplement, at least choose one that isn't complete horse crud.
The problem I see with Herbalife is that people never learn how to eat properly. It's a crutch. They depend on 2 sludgy shakes a day to help them creep through the day. What happens when you don't want to take them anymore, or if you can't afford to buy them? You go back to where you were because you haven't learned a damned thing about proper nutrition.

Agree, however all of our foods contain obesogens and hormones. That is the true nature of our overweightness. Disagree? Then watch Dr. OZ or find his web site. Our bodies need to be trained back to eating small portions. When I have a shake I do not STARVE.

Obesogens is still a new concept. If you eat delicious and healthy organics, you won't run into hormones or pesticides. I never said anything against smaller portions. Of course if you overeat, you're gonna gain weight. However, I know that 2 crappy herbalife shakes in place of actual food is not a wise choice. And please, eating anything less than 1200 calories a day is no where near healthy.I know with 1 shake for breakfast and one for lunch is not a "small portion". It is starvation, and it is not healthy. Disagree? Well, why don't you consult your wonderful Dr. Oz about Herbalife, and the way that you are using it.
Natural food is, and will always be superior to Herbalife. That you cannot argue.

I have seen several use this, lose weight only to gain it all back and then some.

I lost so much weight after stopping the soda, Started eating healthy and smaller portions and regular exercise. I lost 50 lbs, I went from 163 lbs to now 113 and I'm in my mid 40's, it didn't happen overnight but I have not gained any weight back in 3 years & would actually like to gain a few lbs...it can be done it just takes commitment and sticking to it.

Obesogens are not a new concept, because so many of us are obese. The hormones have increased our belly fat. The Obesogens are telling our stomachs that we are not full yet, therefore we eat more and more. Did you know that some farmers still injected hormones into foods and still labeled them ORGANIC. It is almost impossible for the normal consumer to test the so called ORGANIC foods for hormones, And how do we know that there are no hormones, and pesticides in your precious organic foods?

Herbal Life crappy? I don't know yet. But I don't starve on it. One shake is 90 calories and 170 calories with milk. The tea I noticed has helped in my cravings. There are most of the Essential Vitamins and minerals supplied in each shake. If you get hungry, eat a fiber/protein bar between shakes, it is OK.

Food is a wiser choice, maybe? With the Obesogens and pesticides that could be in the ORGANIC foods too is a living nightmare. Yes the food are DELICIOUS, so delicious that we become addicted to the foods we eat and eat twice, quadruple the amount and grow more obese. I believe NOW that if you are skinny in this world, You have starved yourself. The shake is a good enough "small portion" but regular eating has progressed into a "extreme portion" for many of us. We have forgotten what a "normal portion" is. "1200 calories a day" is no longer an option for most of us.

Disagree? Then do more research before you answer this!

Who gives a heck where people spend their money, its their money. If a place is dirty then dont go in it. Its a buisness just liek Mcdonalds, Starbucks, Albertsons, the name of the game is to make money. If a few people loose weight then great.

The only reason there are 40 in LC is because people got caught up in the Hoopla of how much you can make... do the math add up how much you make a day minus your cost divided by 12-13 hours and your making less then minimum wage per hour..

Just like any business you have good people and bad people, if people are that naive to do something liek get a student loan or max out a crdit card then thats your dam fault. DO some research buddy.

Last time i looked this is america where a person can try to make their dreams come true..do research..liek the person said look up prices online and comapre to what they charge you.. if your paying 100 for something u can get for 50 ...YOUR FAULT... Find the shops that actually do a god job and the others will go out of business...

The only advice i can give anyone is if you open a nutrition club. Don't sign under dani@graham or enrique carillo. They will get your 4000 volume points and then hide from you when you have questions. Then you have to go ask other nutrion club members for advice on how it works. These 2 people only care about the money and don't give a damn about getting people healthy.

The concept of a chemical in your food called obesogens IS new, like a few years ago new. And really, you're gonna take down organics and say it's impossible to test organic food? If someone is claiming their product is organic, the company has to have it tested before it is ever marketed as certified organic. However, I am not afraid of a vegetable. If you're worried about organics containing hormones and pesticides, go down to the farmers market or mountain view market and buy local produce where farmers can't afford to cover their food in all that man-made stuff.
How dramatic of you to claim that food is a living nightmare. Do you proof read this? If you're so addicted to food, you might need to see a REAL doctor about it, not some herbalife merchant working on their get-rich scheme. Not everyone eats triple or quadruple the amount of food. It's just not...normal. In fact I cringed when I read that. How could someone eat that much food and not be sick? Please see a doctor!

Obesity is so much more than calorie counting and exercise, but you seem to think you've got it all figured out with your chalky mixed drink. 1200 calories is the BARE minimum for your body to function. Your hair will fall out, your nails will become brittle, you will have constipation, you will be tired an fatigued all the time, your complexion will deteriorate, and you will be at a higher risk for several diseases including osteoporosis and heart disease. Please, consult an actual doctor. What you are doing is not only starvation, it's an eating disorder!
Good luck. I hope you learn what it truly means to be healthy and happy.

Allow me to put into perspective the catch phrase “It’s not meant for everyone…” Based off Herbalife’s company reports from 2011 suggests that over 90% of their U.S. distributors make no profit. You will come across people and websites like Doran Andry, a Los Angeles area success story who brags in promotional videos that his biggest decision each day is whether to drive his Porsche, Bentley or Jaguar. To recruit prospects into opening Herbalife Nutrition Clubs, Andry's Website ( cmwellnessworks.com ) presents a spreadsheet showing that you could be making $55 million in annual profits within 10 years of opening your first club. His calculus, however, assumes that your territory will grow to 27,475 clubs over that decade. An Herbalife spokesperson said that such an income projection isn't realistic.

The distributors who follow them are mathematically doomed to failure because, as the group grows, it becomes more difficult to find new distributors to bring in. The distributors at the top of each network get paid from the sales of those below. Herbalife's annual reports disclose the commissions earned by their U.S. distributors- but the disclosures tabulate commissions for only a top fraction of their networks—giving a distorted picture of what a distributor could expect to earn. Only by digging into the footnotes of those reports, and checking other filings at the Securities and Exchange Commission, can you estimate that the tables leave out 90% of Herbalife's distributors. Disclosures by Herbalife are daunting: only 1,200 people made it into the 0.2% sliver that got more than $100,000 in commissions (HELLO!!! that's world wide).

The Consumer: If you are a consumer you have the luxury to buy similar to the same product and quality at a much lower price (albeit different brands). For example: Herbalife Protein "Rebuild Strength," at a whopping $75 a pop can be bought by another brand for as little as $35.

Bottom line! Enrique Carrillo is the exception- where most of you fall in the 90% who will see little to no profit at times. For these reasons turnover is high- Herbalife's SEC filings do a good job of documenting the churn within its ranks. Last year, it lost 51% of its "active" distributors worldwide. One positive note: the same report showed Herbalife's ranks in distributors are only growing among Hispanics. The so called “Nutrition Clubs,” in Las Cruces are on every corner and outnumbers Starbucks 3 to 1. However, they are closing at an alarming rate due to the income earned is less than the amount owed for rent, product etc.
