The holidays are always a challenge, we just need to enjoy and not overdo and of course eat healthy.

In my mind, the best way to lose weight (or keep it stable) is fitness. Thus, you may not worry after some overeating. I try to train regularly, but even when I make breaks I keep fit by taking military grade supplements. They help me to keep good shape and mood.
