Jim Stalvey's Restaurant - Covington, GA

If you want to eat good beef east of Atlanta, come to Covington and put yourself in a booth at Jim Stalvey's. You know this place is serious about red meat when you enter and see that the primary decorative element in the vestibule is red meat: large packs of it piled up in a glass-walled refrigerator case just below the cash register.

Wonderful place for a family to eat. They have the best beef vegetable soup in this area Have to eat here every time I come to Ga to visit my family. I live i Tennessee now and nothing compares to this restaurant.
