JV's has great food at a good price. He doesn't always have the best personality but he runs a great resteraunt.

JV's meat is good and so is the service but I wish he could spruce up the salad. I like a "good salad" and there aren't many places in Waterloo that serve them. I can pour salad out of a bag at home.......I don't want that when I go out to eat. Applebee's has a couple of good salads on their menu.
