Thriving local food production is a must. To much of our current energy in this county are geared towards the production of too few crops and one of which is illegal. There are some whom are doing outstanding job of providing food crops in our communitys but there is a great need to expand this effort. The produce departs in our major super markets are there biggest money makers and recent research was done and it shows that less than 2 percent of our population buys local andor grows there own foods.
