What is "slow food" and "earth market"? This article tells me nothing because I don't know what these things are.

re: Prior Post
Slow food is the practice of using only locally grown and locally harvested ingredients (or locally raised livestock) from local sources. You can learn more about Slow Food at: www.slowfoodusa.org . I'm suspecting that the market will be a venue to purchase food and ingredients which all come from local sources.
