Seems like we are going full circle here.Vermont has always been a farming state, The concept seemed to fade away in the late 60's until the present, perhaps it wasn't cool enough for the people flocking to Vermont from other states who tried to make Vermont something it isn't .a tourist state.Back to basics, I am all for the farm to plate plan, and this time I hope we leave well enough alone!
