SHE may be the latest glossy-maned beauty to join the ranks of the celebrity chef, but the Welsh TV cook dubbed the "new Nigella" is staying true to her Valleys roots.

I lived in Italy Rimmini for over ten years and I have not tasted food as good in any other region. I have had first the fortune to be taught by the nan of the famiily i lived with and what Michela mentioned in her tv series really brought back memories she explianed it as i remember. I have been back in england for the past ten years so it was great to go back to memory lane. i would definately reccommend her book i have already ordered it, and no i am not a friend of hers. Highly recommended :)

The whole province of Emilia Romagna is a gastronomic paradise. My Nonna, paternal Grandmom was born and raised in Bologna. I can still catch the fragrance of her Lasagne al Forno di Bolonia when I prepare one for specail occasions and we all talk about her and her Trattoria and dishes.
Since I am an only child, I was inherited all her books where she wrote down her stunner classic recipes and my two daughters and I have sat and translated tons of recipes.
