It all comes down to how cheap you can get the powder for. If you cant get a good price, then you will go out of business for sure. If you dont
know the main 2 companies based out of Italy then you are pretty much screwed. You'll end up buying from a middle man that charges for repackaging and importing, and of course, you will go out of business. One company invented the yogurt flavor and the other is what everybody is using now. If you still dont know, then visit Italy.
It's everywhere.
There is only one company that makes high volume softserve machines well. You'll notice almost every yogurt place has the same machine.

It costs something like $400k to start, and its
sad seeing people going out of business because of ingnorance.

Where to find 100% all natural low-fat plain frozen yogurt mix powder with reasonable price??
We are planning to open up a frozen yogurt kiosk in Los Angeles area. We were reffered to a Italian yogurt powder supplier but their stuff is EXPENSIVE! Runs like 40 bucks for 1kg bag (roughly 2.2lbs).
Could anyone give us recommand for a quality supplier or brand?
Besides where we can get the best deal on cups, cones etc?
Thanks a million!
There is a website you could check out for high quality yogurt powder mix imported from Italy.

Check out IFDPREP.com for high quality yogurt powder. For more questions and purchase info E-Mail Julia@ifdprep.com
