With CIELO You have to add real yogurt, real yogurt has culturenhance-not replace
the original health and nutritional benefits found in traditional nonfat yogurt. Unlike other products that are only used with
milk, our mix is added to water and REAL nonfat yogurt, which means the final product contains more than enough live
cultures found in any cup of yogurt with improved taste and creamy texture.
There is no chance for me to order CIELO in europe.:(
When you put in machine your mix+water+real nonfat yogurt what is the temperature inside the machine?
I have read somewhere that temperature under 2C° is killing the natural yogurt cultures and machines as taylor C712 are going to freeze the yoghurt under zero before they serve it.
I have no idea how is it with bifidus essencis.
Thanks for answer.
Sorry for doublepost.

Sounds pretty fake to me. Dan Kim never offered to meet me and just referred me to a shop that carries their brand to buy. Cielo isn't really a secret either, a quick search brings them up as a supplier. I do think their product is good though. But there are others just as good for a lot less and in this business, the only way to make money is to lower your food costs.
I think Cielo's prices are fairly reasonable, but if you know of any other suppliers who are just as good and cost lot less please let me know. My email is [email protected]
Thanks so much!

Please, tell me what you can offer. I'm looking for a machine to start up a frozen yogurt chain in Argentina (there's nothing similar so far).
I know of Taylor machines, but I've read your post about being pricy.

Hi Everybody, I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina, looking into machines and a good yogurt mix supplier.
There's no international chain in Argentina yet; just a few isolated shops around. What calls my attention is that one or two shops I've seen here have Taylor machines, so I guess the mixture will be imported too, but I have no idea where they get the mixture from.
I'd appreciate any advise, comments or whatever.

Where to find 100% all natural low-fat plain frozen yogurt mix powder with reasonable price??
We are planning to open up a frozen yogurt kiosk in Los Angeles area. We were reffered to a Italian yogurt powder supplier but their stuff is EXPENSIVE! Runs like 40 bucks for 1kg bag (roughly 2.2lbs).
Could anyone give us recommand for a quality supplier or brand?
Besides where we can get the best deal on cups, cones etc?
Thanks a million!
www.frozenyogurtmix.co.uk do some of the best mix I've come across in the UK

Hello all,

Trying to number crunch to figure out what it takes to be profitable. A few questions.

What is the product cost for 4 oz with toppings?
What is the typical utility bill for approx 1600 sq ft?
What would be a good gross figure to be profitable for a 1600 square foot space renting at $3500/month?
What can I expect to pay for a trendy/hip build out(rough estimate)?

Thanks for any responses.

Hi,
Does anyone have any suggestions where I should buy my frozen yogurt (YoCream, Yo Flavor, Cielo, Honeyhills)? Has anyone tried these distributors? I'm looking for the something that has a similar taste and texture as Pinkberry's yogurt. If there are other US distributors please send me some info. Thanks for your help.
we have tried honeyhill and yocream. we think they are similar. we get our yocream from dan @ commissary supplies in florida. there is also a "dan" at deerfield ice cream who also sells yocream
