Where to find 100% all natural low-fat plain frozen yogurt mix powder with reasonable price??

We are planning to open up a frozen yogurt kiosk in Los Angeles area. We were reffered to a Italian yogurt powder supplier but their stuff is EXPENSIVE! Runs like 40 bucks for 1kg bag (roughly 2.2lbs).
Could anyone give us recommand for a quality supplier or brand?
Besides where we can get the best deal on cups, cones etc?

ANY TIME someone says they can sell you expensive yogurt at a cheaper price,it is usually because it is not the real mccoy..... this stuff i am told by reliable sources is diluted an just not worth the price...buyer beware.......
