Rally's/Checkers CEO Rick Silva shuts down a restaurant during 'Undercover Boss' episode
The point of the CBS show 'Undercover Boss' is that the CEOs are supposed to stay 'undercover' as they work in the trenches of their own companies, their identities hidden from their employees.

Homestead Fl. is not the only Rallys location that needs the CEO`S personal attention. Rally`s in Henderson, Kentucky on Hiway 41 is in desperate need of intervention from the CEO.
The employees are treated terrible and the turnover is alarming. Managers are stealing money from the company. They are not ringing up the orders but still charging full price. At the end of the night the manager counting the drawers down have been taking the money tht was not registered, sometimes $30.00-$100.00 dollars at a shift. Employees have seen this and have reported it several times to the General Manager but to no avail. No one can seem to find out how to contact the CEO. Many in this city know this is going on. and Rallys is becoming a laughing stock around here. What a shame, all because of poor management.,
