FDA To Review Safety Of Caffeine Product
Food and Drug Administration officials plan to investigate whether a form of caffeine sold in lipstick-shaped containers is safe for consumers.

"But what about kids who go to bars and take several shots of AeroShot so they can drink more?"
1) Kids cannot go to bars. Adults of legal drinking age can. If they are trusted with alcohol consumption they should be trusted with caffeine as well.
2) These so called kids already turn to options like red bull for the caffeine and energy kick anyway.
This is not a job for the FDA. If the product is safe and works as intended that should be all that matters.
